Appliqué Babygros for little Thomas

So excited to announce my new baby Nephew Thomas Andrew Collingridge, he's such a cutie!

Here's what I've been making for him. An easy project of an evening, all you need is some basic babygros, some fabric scraps, coloured thread and a few spare hours. I drew out the designs then ironed them onto the front of the baby grows using interfacing for extra durability. Then I set about appliquéing the designs on top using a basic blanket stitch..

Here's an easy diagram if you needed some stitching help found on the Clones and Clowns blog!
Yours truly and little Thomas aged 10 days!

Handmade wedding accessories..

Another project which took hardly any time but was a lovely effect. I hand made hair clips for my bridesmaids out of appliqué wedding lace samples, a glue gun and a hair clip accessory.

A little bit of wedding customisation for both the bridesmaids shoes and my own!

Do ask if you would like to know more about how they were made: clarecme@yahoo.co.uk
