Lake district oil painting

These landscapes are the first oil paintings I've ever done, so be kind! They were done in situ in the lake district, close to Morcombe bay, Cumbria. It was a messy old business as the weather was a mix of sunshine and showers so was nipping between open spaces and sheltering under the closest tree! However I loved it so much I have been attempting it again recently and hope that more will follow in the months to come.

  1. Hey Clare,

Just been checking out your site and I love your stuff! So creative - classic yet with a modern twist! I really like your landscape oil paintings and was surprised to see they're the first lot you've done. Also loving the cards & floral print images.

How long have you been doing this for?
Your stuff is very versatile, I look forward to seeing more in the near future.

    Good luck with the site.
    Best
